报告摘要：
We consider some classes of partial differential equations not solvable with respect to the highest-order derivative. Similar equations are often called Sobolev-type equations in the literature. We give a classification of such equations and formulate some theorems on solvability of initial value problems for these equations in weighted Sobolev spaces.
